How long does a mechanical service take?
A standard mechanical service typically takes 10–15 working days. Vintage pieces and movements requiring sourced parts may take longer — we discuss a timeline with you before the work begins.
Do I need an appointment to bring my watch in?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours for initial assessments. If you'd prefer a quiet, dedicated slot to discuss your watch in detail, contacting us in advance is helpful.
What brands and types of watches do you work on?
We work on a wide range of mechanical and quartz watches — Swiss, Japanese, and other origins — including vintage and antique pieces. We'll let you know at assessment if a watch falls outside our current scope.
What does the ฿8,900 mechanical service include?
The service covers full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of all parts, lubrication, reassembly, timing regulation, and a written condition report. Replacement parts such as a mainspring or worn jewel are priced separately and discussed with you beforehand.
Is the quartz battery service suitable for water-resistant watches?
Yes. We inspect the gasket and reseat the case-back with appropriate torque. A basic water-resistance check is included on supported cases. If the gasket needs replacing, this is a small additional cost discussed upfront.
How do you handle vintage watches with hard-to-source parts?
Part sourcing is part of our vintage restoration process. We work with trusted suppliers and occasionally machine compatible parts where originals are unavailable. We always explain options and let you decide before any fabrication or substitution is made.
